Return Policy

At Club Of Cb, your satisfaction is our priority. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we provide a clear and fair return, exchange, and refund process so you can shop with confidence.

Returns
You may return items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and still have all original tags attached. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we recommend using a tracked postal service for your security. Returns sent after 30 days will not be accepted. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team before sending any item back.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 30 days of receipt. Once your return is approved and received, please allow 2–3 business days for processing. Exchanges are shipped free of charge, subject to stock availability. If the replacement item is of higher value, you will be asked to pay the difference. If it is lower in value, the balance will be refunded to your original payment method. Please reach out to us before sending back any product for exchange.

Refunds
Refunds are issued once your return is approved and processed, typically within 2–3 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that banks or card issuers may take up to 7 business days to finalize the transaction. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty. If preferred, store credit can also be issued immediately once your refund is processed.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately before returning the product. We will provide you with a replacement or a full refund.
