To submit your return, please contact our customer service team before sending any item back. Once your return request has been approved, you will have 30 days from the delivery date to ship the item to us. We recommend using a tracked postal service for your security, as customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns Policy

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and still have all original tags attached. Returns sent after 30 days will not be accepted. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 30 days of receipt. Once we receive and approve your return, exchanges are processed within 2–3 business days and shipped free of charge, subject to stock availability. If the new item is more expensive, you will need to pay the difference. If it is less expensive, the balance will be refunded to your original payment method.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days after your return is approved and received. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method, although your bank or card issuer may take up to 7 business days to finalize the transaction.

Condition of Return

All returned items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and free from perfume, deodorant, or detergent scents. Items must include all original tags and packaging. Shoes must be returned in their original box and tried on indoors only to prevent scuff marks. Items that do not meet these requirements may be rejected and returned to you.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can provide you with a replacement or a full refund.
